ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property, Lot 40x69, 64 W. Antietam Street, Account Number 03-024881, assessed to 64 Antietam Enterprise, LLC, and sold by the Collector of Taxes for the County of Washington and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiffs in these proceedings:

The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid, although the required time for filing a Complaint has elapsed.
It is thereupon, this 9th of January, 2026, by the Circuit Court for Washington County,
ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation once a week for three successive weeks, before the 13th day of February, 2026, warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 27th day of February, 2026, to redeem the property, Lot 40x69, 64 W. Antietam Street and answer the Complaint of or thereafter a final decree will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property and vesting in the Plaintiff, U.S. LIENS 401K TRUST, a title free and clear of all encumbrances, except for ground rents.
