NOTICE Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Charter of the Town of Williamsport, Maryland, as adopted and subsequently amended, and pursuant to the powers and the provisions contained in the Annotated Code of Maryland that the Mayor and Council for the Town of Williamsport, at a duly constituted meeting which was held on November 11, 2025, introduced a Resolution to Revoke, Amend and Reenact Chapter 14, Code of Ethics Ordinance as prescribed by Maryland Law. The same was enacted as an emergency action. The Ordinance was passed and became effective on November 11, 2025, at the duly constituted meeting of the Mayor and Council. The entire text of said Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Town of Williamsport, Maryland and is available for inspection and review.
