Lee dated January 4, 2008 and recorded with the Town of Johnston Land Evidence Records at Book 1894, Page 270 and as affected by a Loan Modification recorded on June 30, 2015 in said Land Evidence Records in Book 2441, Page 25, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
