LEGAL NOTICE   NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT   TAKE NOTICE THAT I, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes and Assessments of the Town of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York, have duly received the Tax Roll and Warrant for the collection of taxes for the Land Taxes for the year 2026 and will attend at the Poughkeepsie Town Hall Office Building, 1 Overocker Road, Poughkeepsie, New York from January 16, 2026 through August 31, 2026, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. for the purpose of receiving the taxes assessed upon the rolls. No collections will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or Legal Holidays.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE: Taxes may be paid in Full or in three equal installments. Any amount, whether full payment or installment, received by March 2, 2026, will be penalty-free.
