Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM prevailing local time on Thursday January 29, 2026, after which time bids will be opened.   Bidders shall have the option of bidding on any or all material categories listed above. Please note, in the detailed bid documents where equivalents may be specified, that the equivalent item must be pre-approved by the Westchester Joint Water Works as acceptable prior to a bid being submitted.   Award of bids is tentatively expected to take place at WJWW Board of Trustees meeting in late February 2026.
