ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS AMARILLO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT AMARILLO, TEXAS   The Board of Trustees of the Amarillo Independent School District (the “District,” “Owner” or “AISD”) is requesting competitive sealed Proposals for CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269, Subchapter D, for the Roofing & HVAC Replacement – De Zavala, Mesa Verde & Humphrey’s Highland (“CSP 4063”) Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Roofing & HVAC Replacement – De Zavala, Mesa Verde & Humphrey’s Highland (“CSP 4063”) will be received until the Deadline of 1:30 P.M., Local Time, February 20, 2026. Proposals may be submitted electronically online to https://amaisd.bonfirehub.com/portal or three (3) hard copies of the Proposal may be mailed or hand delivered in an opaque envelope to the Amarillo ISD Purchasing Department, 7200 Interstate 40 West, Amarillo, TX 79106. All proposals must be identified as follows: “Roofing & HVAC Replacement – De Zavala, Mesa Verde & Humphrey’s Highland (“CSP 4063”).” Failure to have a Proposal submitted by the above Deadline shall result in the proposal NOT being considered; fax or email submissions shall NOT be considered. Proposals shall be opened and read aloud upon the Deadline at the Amarillo ISD Education & Support Center, 7200 I-40 Frontage Road, Amarillo, Texas 79106. A pre-proposal conference will be held, February 4, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., Local Time at AISD Maintenance & Construction Office, 905 East St., Amarillo, TX, 79107. Any questions asked during the pre-proposal conference or site visit will not be official until submitted through https://amaisd.bonfirehub.com/portal and answered in writing by AISD. A Proposal guarantee in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check or bid bond, payable to Amarillo ISD, in the amount of 5% of the largest possible total for the Proposal amount submitted, must accompany each Proposal. For Proposals submitted electronically, the original Proposal guarantee may be scanned and submitted with the proposal, and should be kept by the contractor. A hard copy may be requested by AISD.
