SECTION 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS   CITY OF MOSS POINT JACKSON COUNTY, MS AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) 197-2-CW-5.5 LIFT STATION #19 REHABILITATION AND SEWER FORCE MAIN REPLACEMENT   General Notice:   The City of Moss Point (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:   AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) 197-2-CW-5.5 LIFT STATION #19 REHABILITATION AND SEWER FORCE MAIN REPLACEMENT   Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Moss Point, MS located at 4320 McInnis Avenue, Moss Point, MS 39563, until Thursday February 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.   The Project includes the following Work:   Furnishing and installing a new gravity sewer system on Jackson Ave. and a new sewer force main along Macphelah Rd. and Meridian St. The project will also include the replacement of Lift Station #19 located on Jefferson Avenue, Moss Point, MS.   Bids are requested for the following Contract: AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) 197-2-CW-5.5 LIFT STATION #19 REHABILITATION AND SEWER FORCE MAIN REPLACEMENT   Obtaining the Bidding Documents:   Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website:   www.cityofmosspointbids.com or www.neel-schafferplans.com   Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website.
