NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure
entered on January 13, 2026 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Bay
County, Florida, described as:
Commence at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Bay County, Florida; thence
S89 degrees 501 48" E along the North Line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter for 282.49 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue along said North
Line 128.74 feet; thence S00 degrees 01,02"W for 328.71 feet; thence N89 degrees
49'19"W for 128.70 feet; thence N00 degrees 00'31" E for 328.66 feet to the point of
beginning. Subject to a road easement on the South boundary line.
Together with a non-exclusive Easement for Ingress and Egress over and across the
following: Commence at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Bay County,
Florida; thence S89 degrees 50'48"E along the North Line of the Southwest Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter for 25 feet; thence S00 degrees 00’32"E for 298.55 feet to the
point of beginning; thence S89 degrees 49'19"E for 474.88 feet to the P. C. of a 50 foot
radius cul-de-sac; thence along said curving 50 foot radius having a delta of 286
degrees 06'38", radius of 50 feet, for an arc distance of 249.81 feet to the P. T. of said 50
foot radius cul-de-sac; thence N89 degrees 49'19"W for 474.68 feet; thence N00 degrees
00'32"W for 60 feet to the point of beginning.
