PUBLIC NOTICE   PROPOSED ROADWAY VACATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners has set February 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing, as required by O.R.C Section 5553.05, on a petition filed by property owner in Jackson Township requesting the vacation of a portion of Astrojet St. NW, 65 feet by 50 feet in width as established in Portview No. 2 and recorded in Plat Book 36 Page 102 of the Stark County records and being located in the S.W. Quarter, Section 2, Township 11 (Jackson) R-9 Stark County, Ohio and following in successive order with other road vacation hearings that may be scheduled. The complete descriptions and maps of said roadways may be viewed at the Commissioner’s Office.
