Hammerly Trust UAD 11/1/1995, whose last known address is 1017 Park Ave. SW, Canton, OH 44706, will take notice that on November 14, 2025,The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger to FirstMerit Bank, N.A., filed its Amended Complaint in Case Number 2025CV02270, Stark County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), William P. Hammerly aka William P. Hammerly, Jr., Individually and as Trustee of William P. Hammerly Trust UAD 11/1/1995 And The Unknown Successor Trustee of William P. Hammerly Trust UAD 11/1/1995, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 1017 Park Ave. SW, Canton, OH 44706

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of March, 2026.
