Hammerly Trust UAD 11/1/1995, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as: 1017 Park Ave. SW, Canton, OH 44706 Parcel No.: 02-24381/02083 071600 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
