Northeastern School District hereby invites the submission of bids for the High School Capital Improvements Project, 300 High Street, Manchester, PA 17345. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 19, 2026, to the attention of Brian Geller, Chief Financial Operations Officer, at Northeastern Administration Center, 41 Harding Street, Manchester, PA 17345. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter in the District Office Community Board Room. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 3:30 PM at Northeastern High School, 300 High Street, Manchester, PA 17345. Attendees are required to bring a valid form of photo identification to the Pre-Bid Meeting and Bid Opening. Bid Documents are available beginning January 21, 2026, and may be obtained from the document distributor Dataflow, Inc. via their designated web portal: www.nyplanroom.com. Bid documents including plans and specifications are available for electronic download for a non-refundable fee of $79.00, payable by credit card. Bid documents including printed sets of plans and specifications may be ordered in paper format for a refundable fee of $150, payable by credit card. Non-refundable shipping charges may apply.
