REQUEST OF PROPOSALS FROM PAINTING CONTRACTORS TO ASSIST THE OPERATIONS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF PLAINFIELD   The Housing Authority of Plainfield is requesting proposals from qualified contractors who have registered with the State of New Jersy to assist the Authority to paint inside the vacant apartments and to perform cyclical painting for the occupied apartments at Joane Hollis Gardens and Richmond Towers.   The annual services shall not exceed $50,000 per year. Please see the scope of services inside the proposal application package and complete the package before submission.   Interested companies shall submit license, current certificate of insurance with workers compensation and three work-related references to be included in the proposal package to the Authority.   The service tickets/reports shall be forwarded to the Authority indicating time, date and reason for the services calls after completion of each task.   One original and two copies of the proposal are required to be delivered to the Administration Office located at 510 East Front Street, Plainfield, New Jersey on or before 11:00 a.m., February 12, 2026.
