NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Nueces County Appraisal District (NCAD) will receive competitive sealed proposals for the following: Request for Proposals (RFP) Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal Software (CAMA) Sealed proposals are due Friday January 30th, 2026 @ 3:00p.m. The Nueces County Appraisal District (NCAD) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for a modern, state-of-the-art, fully integrated Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) System. The selected system shall support the appraisal of all real and personal property, agricultural property, oil and gas property, mineral property, utility, and electric property within Nueces County and comply with the Texas Property Tax Code, Texas Comptroller rules, mandatory Texas Legislation and USPAP standards. NCAD seeks a system that enhances valuation accuracy, improves operational efficiency, supports advanced analytics, AI capabilities, and provides long-term scalability. Required in-person product demo must be scheduled by January 23, 2026 (see procurement schedule pg. 26 of RFP) A copy of the proposal specifications may be obtained at Nueces County Appraisal District, 201 N.
