NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D06-1708-MF-004424 wherein First Federal Savings Bank was Plaintiff, and Franklin W. Puckett; Angela R. Puckett; United States of America, Internal Revenue Service; State of Indiana, Department of Revenue; OneMain Financial of Indiana, Inc.; Midland Funding LLC, as successor in interest to Citibank NA; State of Indiana, Department of Workforce Development; LVNV Funding LLC; City of Evansville, Indiana; and, Treasurer of Vanderburgh County, Indiana were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost. I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Lot Thirty-?ve (35) in Country Trace Part One, an Addition lying near the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book N, Page 53 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
