LEGAL NOTICE   The City of Canal Fulton is soliciting bids on the following street repair materials:  Asphalt Products: Hot Mix #301, 402 & 404; Cold Mix #405 MC3000 Liquid Asphalt CRS-2 CRS-2P HFRS-2 HFRS-2P Limestone (gray and white): #8, 57, 411 Washed Gravel: #2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 57 Concrete Sand 411 Crusher Run Bank Run Crushed Gravel #304 Fill Sand #310 Slag #8 Bidders may submit prices for other available materials. Materials shall meet ODOT specifications. Prices shall be good through 12/31/2026. State prices per ton or gallon; plant location and approximate mileage to Canal Fulton. For liquid asphalt, list prices f.o.b. and applied. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 12, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read at City Hall, 155 E. Market St., Canal Fulton, OH 44614. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Please write on outside of bid envelope: STREET REPAIR MATERIALS.
