Final Judgment was awarded on January 5, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025 10962 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff, and MARILYN B. NEAL A/K/A MARILYN BENNETT NEAL A/K/A MARILYN NEAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARILYN B. LOT 57, THE HERITAGE, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 194, PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND ACCESS OVER, ACROSS AND THROUGH THE COMMON AREA DEPICTED ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED MAP OR PLAT OF THE HERITAGE, PHASE III.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
