NOTICE OF SALE
In pursuance of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly granted in the above entitled mortgage foreclosure proceeding and entered in the Office of the Clerk of Orange County on December 17, 2025, I, DEBORAH I. WEISMAN-ESTIS, ESQ., the Referee named in said Judgment, will sell at public auction in the lobby area of Floor 2, Division 3, of the Orange County Courthouse, located at 285 Main Street, Goshen, New York, on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 2:30 a.m., the premises directed by said Judgment to be sold (which consist of a residential dwelling) located at 784 Route 9W, Fort Montgomery, Town of Highlands, County of Orange and State of New York (Town of Highlands tax map No. 16-3-9). The approximate amount of Judgment is $196,630.90 plus attorneys’ fees, interest, costs and disbursements. The above premises are sold subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the aforementioned Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale and in the Referee's Terms of Sale. COVID-19 safety protocols will be followed at the foreclosure sale.
All persons attending the auction must comply with and observe social distancing, wearing of masks/face coverings and screening practices in effect at the time of this foreclosure sale.
