PUBLIC NOTICE   MORRIS COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS NOTICE REGARDING THE INSPECTION OF MAIL-IN BALLOTS SPECIAL PRIMARY ELECTION FOR U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE, 11TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT – FEBRUARY 5, 2026   The Morris County Board of Elections Administrator, Dale A. Kramer, wishes to inform you that the Board of Elections will have the February 5th Special Primary Election Mail-In Ballots available for review ONLY by Authorized Challengers at 10 Court Street, Morristown NJ 07960.   If you wish to review specific Mail-In Ballots, please contact the Morris County Board of Elections at 973-285-6715 at least 24 hours prior to Saturday, January 31, 2026. Each challenged ballot will require the completion of a Challenge Form. Stripping of the certification from the non-challenged ballots will commence Sunday, February 1, 2026.
