This Permit contains conditions necessary to implement regulations as promulgated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the BCUA.   Interested persons may submit written comments regarding the Draft Permit or direct a request for a hearing to Mr. Dominic L. DiSalvo, Industrial Pretreatment Program Coordinator, Bergen County Utilities Authority, P.O. Box 9, Little Ferry, NJ 07643. All comments or requests for hearing shall be submitted within thirty (30) days of this public notice. All persons, including applicants contesting any term or condition contained in the Draft Permit, must support such arguments through the submission of a statement setting forth the factual basis for such opposition and include, where available, any and all supporting documents by the close of the public comment period.   All comments timely presented by interested persons in response to this notice shall be considered by the BCUA. Following the close of the public comment period, the BCUA shall make a final determination regarding the permit application. The applicant and each person who has submitted written comments or testified at a public hearing shall receive notice of the BCUA’s determination.   Dominic L.
