In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 14 of the Town of Boylston Zoning Bylaw, the Boylston Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Boylston Municipal Office Building, 221 Main Street, Boylston, Massachusetts for a Special Permit for applicant Keith J. Lewis, 72 Nicholas Avenue,
Boylston, MA 01505. The property location is 220 East Temple Street, Boylston, MA 01505
(Map 12/Parcel 9).
The applicant is proposing to amend the hours approved in the Special Permit dated April 5, 2023 for Keith’s Music House, an established business in the Town of Boylston. The business provides instruction to students in music, dance and other performing arts. The applicant is proposing the new hours to be Monday through Saturday 6:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. The property is located in the Residential Office Overlay District (Map12, Parcel 9).
