PUBLIC NOTICE 2026 INVITATION TO BID EAST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP Sealed proposals will be received by East Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania at the East Manchester Township Municipal Office Building, 5080 North Sherman Street Extd., Mt. Wolf; PA 17347 until 10:00 AM on March 2, 2026. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at 10:05 AM at the East Manchester Township Office. Bids will be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting on March 10, 2026, at 6:00 PM. A. Crushed Aggregate To furnish various sizes of crushed aggregate for construction and repair of streets within the Township. The bids shall be for crushed aggregate conforming to current PennDOT specifications. B. Bituminous Asphalt Bituminous asphalt shall meet current PennDOT specifications. C. Equipment Rental (with operators) D. Line Painting Location of placement to be determined by the Township. E. Mowing Location of placement to be determined by the Township. Bids must be on forms supplied by the Township. Detailed specifications and forms are available at the Township Municipal Office building. The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
