BID NOTICE BOROUGH OF LODI
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Borough Clerk on behalf of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Lodi, Bergen County, New Jersey for Vehicle Mechanical Repair Services and Parts and Materials for the Borough of Lodi at the Lodi Municipal Complex, One Memorial Drive, Lodi, New Jersey on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., local prevailing time. The Bid Proposals so received shall be opened and read aloud at that time.
Specifications, bid proposal forms and contract documents for the services so specified, as prepared by the Borough of Lodi, shall be on file at the office of the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Lodi, One Memorial Drive, Lodi, New Jersey beginning on February 18, 2026 and may be examined at no expense by prospective bidders during regular business hours. Prospective bidders may also find the Notice of Bid and Bid Specifications on the Borough's website at https://www.lodi-nj.org/.
All bids to be considers shall be submitted on the Proposal Form contained in the Specifications and Contract Documents and shall be enclosed at the time of submission, in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project/service for which the bid is submitted on the outside of the envelope, and shall be addressed to "Mayor and Council, Borough of Lodi, Bergen County, New Jersey" Each envelope MUST be sealed and properly labeled "Vehicle Mechanical Repair Services and Material for the Borough of Lodi – Bid Response Enclosed Do Not Open Until March 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.".
