PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF CLIFFSIDE PARK   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the BOROUGH OF CLIFFSIDE PARK will hold a municipal consent hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 5:45 PM, in 525 Palisade Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ 07010, Borough Hall, 3rd Floor Council Chambers.   This hearing will be held for the purpose of evaluating the application of (SPECTRUM) for the renewal of its municipal consent to own, operate, extend, and maintain a cable television and cable communications system in the Borough of Cliffside Park and is held in accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23, and N.J.A.C. 14:18-11.6, and all other applicable statutory and regulatory provisions.   All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to this application.   Copies of the application will be on file with Sercan Zoklu, Borough Clerk and can be reviewed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 A.M. and 4 P.M. at the Borough Clerk’s Office, third floor, Borough Hall, Cliffside Park.   This notice will be published again between the fourteenth (14th) and seventh (7th) day prior to the hearing.   Sercan Zoklu Borough Clerk Cliffside Park Record-Herald  January 25, March 24, 31, 2026 Fee: $75.24  12022672
