WHEREAS, The Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1975, Ch.231 requires certain bodies to comply with the provisions of Section 13 of said Act,   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SUSSEX AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, THAT the regularly scheduled meetings of the Franklin Planning Board for the year 2026 will be held in the Franklin Borough Municipal Building, located at 46 Main Street in Franklin, New Jersey. The Board will hold its regular meetings at 7:00 PM on the third Monday of every month (except January/February) on the following dates.   JANUARY 20, 2026   -Reorganization 6:45 PM JANUARY 20, 2026 (Tuesday) FEBRUARY 17 ,2026(Tuesday) MARCH 16, 2026 APRIL 20, 2026 MAY 18, 2026 JUNE 15, 2026 JULY 20, 2026 AUGUST 17, 2026 SEPTEMBER 21, 2026 OCTOBER 19, 2026 NOVEMBER 23, 2026 DECEMBER 21, 2026   The agenda for all meetings, more or less shall be: 1. Call to Order; 2. Flag Salute 3. Open Public Meetings Statement; 4. Roll Call: 5. Approval of Minutes; 6. Approval of Resolutions; 7. Applications for Completeness; 8. Adjourned Cases; 9. Applications to be Heard; 10. Other Business; 11. Payment of Bills; 12. Discussion; 13. Correspondence; 14. Open to the Public; 15. Adjournment. In addition, the Board has scheduled meetings on the first Wednesday of every month. These meeting dates will be used as needed. The meetings will be held in the Franklin Borough Municipal Building, located at 46 Main Street in Franklin, New Jersey at 7:00PM. on the following dates:   FEBRUARY 4, 2026 MARCH 4, 2026 APRIL 1, 2026 MAY 6, 2026 JUNE 3, 2026 JULY 1, 2026 AUGUST 5, 2026 SEPTEMBER 2, 2026 OCTOBER 7, 2026 NOVEMBER 4, 2026 DECEMBER 2, 2026   (Note: Board Action may be taken at these meetings)   A copy of this resolution shall be posted on the Franklin Borough Municipal Building Bulletin Board, and copies of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Official Newspapers, namely the New Jersey Herald and the New Jersey Sunday Herald, located in Newton, NJ, as well as the Clerk of the Borough of Franklin. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
