Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on January 6, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Rockland County Courthouse, landing above the vestibule between Courtrooms 1 & 2, 1 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956 on March 16, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., premises known as 7 Bluefield Drive, Unit 1 A/K/A Unit 201, Spring Valley, NY. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Ramapo, County of Rockland and State of New York, Section 50.13, Block 2 and Lot 4.21 together with an undivided 33.33 percent interest in the Common Elements. Approximate amount of judgment is $418,318.72 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 030047/2025.
