The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for
Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate:
A part of the East half of Section. 26, Township 10 North, Range 4 West, Washington Township, Owen County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 26, Thence South 00 degrees 21 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of 1326.41 feet and to a railroad spike in the centerline of a County Road, thence along said road centerline the following courses and distances, South 69 degrees 23 minutes 49 seconds West 400.93 feet, thence South 61 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds West 328.05 feet, thence South 61 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds West for 142.44 feet, thence South 70 degrees 17 minutes 57 seconds West 532.13 feet, thence South 70 degrees 15 minutes 34 seconds West 30.00 feet, thence South 70 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds West for 340.81 feet to the point of beginning; thence leaving said road centerline South 16 degrees 34 minutes 24 seconds East. for 117.15 feet, thence West for 26.00 feet, thence South 27 degrees 09 minutes 22 seconds East for 144.14 feet, thence West for. 290.35 feet, thence North 26 degrees 08 minutes 55 seconds West for 142.98 feet and to the said road centerline thence along the said road centerline North 66 degrees 55 minutes 11 seconds East for 169.00 feet, thence North 70 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds East for 134.40 feet and to the point of beginning. Containing 1.320 acres. AKA Lot 5 Candlewick Subdivision, unrecorded. Subject to the County Road right of way.
And Commonly known as: 924 Candlewick Lane, Spencer, IN 47460
This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are known to me:
Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, Not in its individual capacity, but solely as Owner Trustee of the Aspen Holdings Trust, A Delaware Statutory Trust
This Summons by Publication is also specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me:
James M. Orman
In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the day of the 13th day of March, 2026 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
