Effective January 1, 2026, notice is hereby given that whenever the Warren County Special Services School District Board of Education is required by law, court order, or rule to publish or advertise a legal notice, such notice shall be published on the District’s official website in accordance with P.L. 2025, c. 72, and such publication shall constitute legal notice to the public to the fullest extent permitted by law.
