Scarsdale, NY 10583). Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-38B of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum driveway width from 30 ft (permitted) to 30.8 ft (proposed) to legalize a driveway on the subject property. The property is located in the R-20 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as parcel ID: 8.590-409-1. The meeting will take place in the Town Hall auditorium and also online via Zoom.
