Bidders shall affix their name and address to the front lower left-hand corner of the envelope along with the portion of work for which the bid is being submitted. Bids will be publicly opened after specified closing time in Room 204 at Greenfield City Hall, 7325 W. Forest Home Avenue, Greenfield, WI 53220. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Turf Skatepark Shelter is a 1,650 square foot open air pavilion. The north service end is enclosed and contains men's and women's toilet rooms, a canteen/sales area and storage room. Its construction is burnished concrete block walls with wood trusses, asphalt shingled roof system. Siding, fascia, soffits, gutters, and downspouts are all prefinished metal. The ceilings throughout the service area and pavilion are painted, smooth faced T1-11 plywood. The interior walls are painted concrete block. The pavilion and concrete pad will be constructed just to the west of the existing skatepark bowls. Some minor concrete demolition will be required. Building service connections will be made to new utilities brought to service the building. The pavilion will provide electrical service for the hook-ups for food concession trucks and a possible future entertainment stage. Expansion of the skatepark to the west of the pavilion is proposed for the future. Site work will include grading, lawn restoration, and concrete sidewalks.
