And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: EIGHTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO DOLLARS AND SEVENTY TWO CENTS ($80,322.72) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
