By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Wednesday, January 8, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, CITY OF GONZALES, PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT SUBDIVISION THEREOF KNOWN AS PICARD ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF GONZALES, AND BEING PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP THEREOF DRAWN BY ADLOE ORR, CIVIL ENGINEER, DATED AUGUST 31, 1944, AND FILED WITH THE OFFICIAL MAP RECORDS OF SAID PARISH AT FILE NO. 30635, AS LOT THREE (3) OF SQUARE THREEB (SQ. 3-B) OF SAID SUBDIVISION. SAID LOT MEASURING AND HAVING DIMENSIONS, ALL AS MORE FULLY SHOWN ON SAID MAP.
