This covers real estate located in CAMDEN, County of CAMDEN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 148 BLOCK 451 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map duplicate of CAMDEN. and concerns premises commonly known as 1103 CARL MILLER BLVD, CAMDEN, New Jersey. YOU, JEFFREY MOORE, are made party defendant to the above foreclosure action because you are the owner of a property which is the subject of the above entitled action. YOU, MRS. JEFFREY MOORE, WIFE OF JEFFREY MOORE, are made party defendant to the above foreclosure action because plaintiff has been unable to determine whether defendant JEFFREY MOORE is married, and if married, the name of JEFFREY MOORE's spouse. Holmes against Jeffrey Moore. Said judgment was entered as Judgment No. J-168534-1998, Case Number 00249658C. Said judgment is subordinate to the Plaintiff's lien. Defendants are hereby provided NOTICE of the right to exercise affirmative defense of surplus equity to this foreclosure action, per Tyler v. Hennepin, 598 U.S. 631 (2023). A.
