The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: Construction of a new wet detention basin with a wet pool surface area of 0.53 acres. The Work includes, but is not limited to, grubbing, dewatering, 381 linear feet of storm sewer and underdrain, 3 storm sewer catch basins, 3 storm sewer manholes, 220 square feet of sidewalk and driveway apron, curb and gutter removal and restoration, turf and native restoration, trees, and related miscellaneous work.
