BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a AMENDED WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 4th day of March, 2026 the following property to-wit :

A certain piece, parcel or tract of land being part of Lots 3 and 4 of the Anthony B. Leggio Subdivision situated in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 26, T5N, R1W, Rapides Parish, Louisiana and being more particularly described as follows:
From the SW corner of Lot 4 of the Anthony B. Leggio Subdivision run S89 degrees 47'E along the line between Lots 4 and 5 of said subdivision a distance of 170.00 feet to the point of beginning of the property herein described; thence continue along the said line S 89° degrees 47'E 231.04 feet to the westerly right-of-way of US Hwy. 71; thence north 2 degrees 10' west 110.09 feet; thence south 89 degrees 55' west 226.8; thence south 109.47 feet to the point of beginning and being shown on a survey prepared by Meyer, Meyer, LaCroix & Hixson, Inc. dated August 13, 1968, revised May 6, 1985, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
