NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING I/M/O Renewal of a System-Wide Cable Television Franchise CABLEVISION OF WARWICK, LLC   Proposed 45 Day Public Notice   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of West Milford, (“Township”) will hold a municipal consent hearing on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 in Township Hall. This hearing will be held for the purpose of evaluating the application of Cablevision of Warwick LLC for the renewal of its municipal consent to own, operate, extend, and maintain a cable television and cable communications system in the Township of West Milford and is held in accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23, and N.J.A.C. 14:18-11.6, and all other applicable statutory and regulatory provisions. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to this application. Copies of the application will be on file with the Township of West Milford Clerk and can be reviewed Monday/Tue/Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., or Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Township Hall.   This notice will be published again between the fourteenth (14th) and seventh (7th) day prior to the hearing.   William Senande Township Clerk   The Record/Herald News: $42.12  2/1 & 3/8/2026
