PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Linay LLC (the "Applicant") has applied to the Delran Township Zoning Board of Adjustment (the "Board") seeking amended minor site plan approval to legalize the property as built for a 6,000 square foot warehouse, which amendments from the prior approval include the addition of a covered ramp, stone areas on the north and south sides of the existing building, an open greenhouse, and a chicken coop (collectively, the "Application"). The Applicant also intends to file an application with the Health Department for a new on-site septic system and to update stormwater management measurements. The property in question is located at 2925 US Route 130 South further identified as Block 9, Lot 46.01 on the Delran Township Tax Map (the "Site").
The Applicant requests the continuation and extension of all variances that were granted under the prior approval memorialized in May 2021 via Resolution No. 2021-03. No variances have been identified as required for this Application at this time, but the Applicant hereby requests any and all variances and waivers which may be required as a result of the review and recommendations of the Board or its professional review staff.
This matter will be heard at the regular meeting of the Delran Township Zoning Board of Adjustment scheduled for Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Delran Township Municipal Building, 900 Chester Avenue, Delran, New Jersey 08075. All Application documents are on file with the Delran Township Zoning Board Secretary, Ms. Colleen Kohn ("Ms. Kohn").
