NOTICE OF SPECIAL JOINT MEETING OF THE BOARDS OF SUPERVISORS OF
RIVERS EDGE CDD, RIVERS EDGE II CDD, AND RIVERS EDGE III CDD
A special joint meeting of the Boards of Supervisors of the Rivers Edge Community Development District, Rivers Edge II Community Development District, and Rivers Edge III Community Development District (together, the “Districts”) will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the River House Amenity Center, 156 Landing St., Saint Johns, FL, immediately preceding the regular meeting of the Rivers Edge Community Development District. The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss security, the RFP for landscape services, and any and all other business coming before the Districts’ Boards of Supervisors (together, “Boards”). A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained by contacting the office of the District Manager, Governmental Management Services, LLC, at (904) 940-5850 or 475 West Town Place, Suite 114, St. Augustine, FL 32092 (“District Manager’s Office”).
In accordance with Sections 119.071(3)(a) and 281.301, Florida Statutes, a portion of the meeting may be closed to the public, as it relates to details of the District’s security system plan. The closed session may occur at any time during the meeting and is expected to last approximately thirty (30) minutes but may end earlier or extend longer.
The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts and will be open to the public. The meeting may be continued without additional notice to a date, time, and place specified on the record at the meeting.
At the meeting, staff or Board members may participate by speaker telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations at the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at least three (3) days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Boards with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
