Bid #DPW-26-440-02 LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF HOPKINTON, MA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF FRUIT STREET WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY Bid #DPW-26-440-02   The Town of Hopkinton, Department of Public Works is seeking proposals for services for the operation and maintenance of the Fruit Street Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) at 39 Pratt Way, Hopkinton, MA.   Pre-Proposal Meeting: 09:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2026. The group will meet at the Fruit Street WWTF, 39 Pratt Way, Hopkinton, MA.   Sealed proposals will be received until: 10:00 am, Wednesday, March 04, 2026 at the 2nd floor, Accounting Office, 18 Main Street, Hopkinton, Massachusetts.   A response to the RFP requires a separate Technical Proposal and a separate Price Proposal, both submitted in separate, sealed envelopes. Please follow the submission requirements and instructions contained within the RFP, failure to do so may result in the response being considered nonresponsive. Electronic copy of RFP and specifications will be available after Wednesday, Feb 04, 2026, 12:30 PM by email to Procurement Manager, Ritika Patel at rpatel@hopkintonma.gov.   An evaluation committee shall review, evaluate and rate each Technical Proposal and rank each proposal based on the Evaluative Criteria in the RFP. Upon completion of the evaluations, the Town will open Price Proposals. The Town will award a contract, if at all, to the Contractor it determines most advantageous, taking into consideration both the Technical and Price Proposals.   It is the responsibility of the bidder to check the Town’s website: https://www.hopkintonma.gov/departments/procurement.php frequently for addenda.   Questions regarding this contract shall be submitted in writing to Ritika Patel at rpatel@hopkintonmma.gov.
