LEGAL NOTICE PUBLICATION REQUIREMENT Pursuant to Senate Bill No. 4654 (2025) the Township of Middletown Sewerage Authority (TOMSA) hereby provides notice that all official municipal legal notices, including but not limited to ordinance, public hearings, request for bids, and other required postings, are now available for public viewing on TOMSA’S official website. Members of the public may access these notices at: https://www.tomsanj.com/legalnotices   The complete text of each legal notice may be obtained or viewed by the public on the official internet website of the Township of Middletown Sewerage Authority and is posted in accordance with State Law and remains accessible for public inspection for a minimum of one year.
