Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Dodge County Land Resources and Parks Committee on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 7:15 P.M. or shortly thereafter on the First Floor (Meeting Rooms 1H and 1I) of the Administration Building, Juneau, Wisconsin on the petition of Mark Gindt applicant for John N. & Ligia L. Gindt Family Trust Dated July 30, 1997 to rezone approximately 6.5-acres of land from the A-1 Prime Agricultural Zoning District to the A-2 General Agricultural zoning district in order to allow for the 6.5 acre lot in order to allow for the separation of the existing dwelling and agricultural structures and to allow the sale of the remaining 68.08 acres of tillable land to be sold to an adjoining farm operation.
