VISTANCIA VILLAGE A COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, an Arizona nonprofit corporation, Plaintiff(s),
vs.
JONATHAN M. MORRISON and JANE DOE MORRISON, husband and wife; PINNACLE FINANCE, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company; ONEMAIN FINANCIAL GROUP, LLC, a foreign limited liability company; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS, if deceased, Defendant(s).
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 12th day of December, 2025, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of April, 2025, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendant, Jonathan M. Morrison, as follows:
The amount of the Judgment was $8,344.61 plus interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of 12.00% as to principal balance from the date of Judgment; Interest accrues at the rate of $1.15 per day as to the total judgment (principal balance). From April 29, 2025 through September 30, 2025 (154 days), total interest accrued is $177.10; Post Judgment attorneys’ fees and costs incurred to date total $3,009.20; and Unpaid Assessment imposed post Judgment total $351.90 and accrue quarterly; Unpaid late fees on assessments incurred post Judgment total $0.00.
Taking into consideration payments made subsequent to the entry of Judgment in the total amount of $0.00 to date, costs to date, accrued interest to date, and further unpaid assessments, the total amount due on that Judgment is $11,882.81, plus accruing interest, assessments, late charges, attorneys’ fees and costs, plus costs of Sheriff’s Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien against the Defendant, on the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 61, of VISTANCIA VILLAGE A PARCEL A37, according to the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 662 of Maps, Page 26.
AKA: 12858 W. Desert Mirage Dr. Peoria, AZ 85383.
NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 26th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
