BESS, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN AND ESTATE OF RUDOLPH BESS, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN AND ADRIA MITCHELL   YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I have this day Levied the following described property found in your possession, to-wit: All those two lots or parcels of land lying contiguous to each other, with improvements thereon in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, and fronting on the South side of Hopkins Street between Thirteenth Street and Semble Marshall Alley, each having a frontage of 35 feet and having a total frontage of 70 feet, more or less and extending back between approximately parallel lines a distance of 114 feet, more or less; and being shown on the present Plat Book of Augusta-Richmond County Tax Assessors as Parcel No. 130 and 131, Map No. 46-3; and being known as 1238 and 1240½ Hopkins Street, Augusta, Georgia.   By virtue of a State, County and School FiFa(s) and/or FiFa(s) for the City of Augusta taxes issued by and through the Tax Commissioner of Richmond County, Georgia for taxes on the property identified above for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 in the amount of $351.29, against property standing in the name of ESTATE OF ADDIE K. BESS, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN AND ESTATE OF RUDOLPH BESS, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN AND ADRIA MITCHELL in favor of Richmond County, Georgia, and that I will proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder the above described property under said FiFa(s) on the FIRST TUESDAY in March, 2026, at the Court House, in the City of Augusta, County and State aforesaid, during the legal hours of sale after having advertised the same according to law.   This 30th day of January 2026.   T.
