Gilbert, Deceased, and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Judy L. Gilbert, Deceased whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on September 15, 2025 MARION COUNTY TREASURER filed a complaint in the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County, Ohio, being case no. 2025 CV 0445, seeking to foreclose upon and sell the following described real estate to collect unpaid real estate taxes and assessments: 187 Edwards Street, Marion, OH 43302, Marion County.
Defendants may file an answer in this case, which must be filed with the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County Clerk and a copy provided to the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney on or before 28 days from the last date of publication.
If Said Defendants do not appear and defend in this action, Plaintiff may take a judgment against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
