By virtue of the above stated Writ to me directed and delivered, I shall expose for sale by public venue and sell to the highest bidder on Tuesday, 3/3/2026, at Two O'Clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Passaic County Court House, Hamilton Street, Paterson, that is to say:
The property to be sold is located in CITY OF PASSAIC, County of Passaic and State of New Jersey.
Commonly known as: 57 HAMILTON AVENUE
Tax Lot: 1, in Block: 4129 f/k/a Lot 5 Block 75
Approximately dimensions: 61.68 x 66.47 x 68.00 x 60.00
Nearest Cross Street: MADISON STREET
The sale is subject to any unpaid taxes and assessments, tax, water and sewer liens and other municipal assessments. The amount due can be obtained from the local taxing authority. Pursuant to NJSA 46:8B-21 the sale may also be subject to the limited lien priority of any condominium/home-owner association liens which may exist. The sale may be further subject to Restrictions, reversions, reservations, and easements of record.
