NOTICE is hereby given that Plaintiffs, Francine Manuel and Steven Manuel, have filed a Complaint in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Monmouth County, seeking to quiet title by adverse possession to certain real property located in the Borough of Keansburg, Monmouth County, New Jersey.
The property which is the subject of this action is identified on the Keansburg Tax Map as Block 142, Lot 18, and is adjacent to Plaintiffs’ property commonly known as 39 Morningside Avenue, Keansburg, New Jersey 07734.
The object of this action is to obtain a judgment declaring that Plaintiffs have acquired title by adverse possession to a portion of said property and to bar and foreclose any claims of right, title, or interest by Defendants, including any unknown owners, heirs, devisees, successors, or assigns.
Defendant Keansburg Beach Company is named because it is the last record title owner of the subject property. Defendants John Doe 1–10 and Jane Doe 1–10 are fictitiously named defendants representing unknown persons or entities who may claim an interest in the subject property.
Defendants are required to file and serve an answer to the Complaint within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the last publication of this Notice, or judgment may be entered against them by default.
