By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
PLAINTIFF'S MORTGAGE AND/OR PRIVILEGE AFFECTS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT:
LOTS 127, 128, 129, 130 AND 131, LAKEVIEW SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 150, PAGES 289-291 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS
OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED/MOBILE HOME SITUATED ON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY, BEING A 2021 JESS MANUFACTURED HOME, SERIAL NO. JHW03275TX21, WHICH SAID MANUFACTURED HOME/MOBILE HOME WAS IMMOBILIZED PURSUANT TO DECLARATION OF IMMOBILIZATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LA, R.S: 9:1149.4 DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 2022 AND FILED FOR RECORD AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2904980 OF THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
