By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law with benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
"THAT CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, MORE PARTICULARLY KNOWN AS THE NORTH 85 FEET OF LOTS 17 AND 18 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF THE NORTH 85 FEET OF LOT 16, COLONIAL HILLS SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.
AND
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK F, COLONIAL HILL SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER SUBDIVISION MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 41, PAGE 424 OF THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON."
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
