Notice of Public Hearing Shorewood Village Board PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing by the Village of Shorewood Village Board will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Court Room, 3930 N. Murray Ave., Shorewood, WI 53211 at which the following matter will be considered: An ordinance to amend the regulations pertaining to location restrictions of office uses within the MX districts, as detailed in 535-25 of the Zoning Code. The purpose of this public hearing is to solicit comments on the proposed amendment, which would clarify a previously approved amendment by making it clear that office uses are also permitted in the rear of the ground story and upper story of buildings within the district, and that office uses within the primary frontage are allowed with restrictions.
