PLACE: The Common Council Chambers at the Franklin City Hall, 9229 W Loomis Rd, Franklin, WI 53132.
APPLICANT: PtP Spanco Midwest, Inc.
PROPERTY: 9800 S. 60th St. (TKN 899 9990 022)
PROPOSAL: Conditional use permit request to allow a Light Industrial Use (manufacture of cranes, fall protection, material handling equipment) in the LI: Limited Industrial District. Light Industrial Uses require a Conditional Use permit in the LI District per UDO Table 15-3-04(B).
PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION
This public hearing is being held pursuant to the requirements of Wis. Stat. § 62.23(7)(d)2. and §15-9-06.E of the UDO. A map of the affected property, all application materials and the proposed ordinance are available at the Dept. of City Development at Franklin City Hall. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and to provide input. The proposed resolution is subject to revisions following public hearing and the further consideration by the Plan Commission and the Common Council.
