Notice of Formation of Phreyfall Limited Liability Corporation (“LLC”). Articles of Organization were filed with the Secretary of State of the State of New York on January 14, 2026. The office of the LLC is located in Steuben County, New York. The Secretary of State has been designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served. The Secretary of State shall mail a copy of any process served against the LLC to 5012 County Route 17, Campbell, New York 14821. The purpose of the LLC is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which limited liability companies may be organized under the New York Limited Liability Company Law, including but not limited to the ownership, management, and operation of short-term rental properties, including Airbnb, and related services.
